- There is no MOQ limit for order quantity. Sample in 1 piece is also acceptable.

Q2:What is your delivery time?

- Delivery date needs to be negociated. Depending on current trade situation and policy, the delivery time needs to be checked for each order. Regularly, it will be 25-35 days.

Q3:How many color options,can we customize color?

- Color custom service is available. The color cards will be sent to you for checking.

Also it is also workable if you have your own color design please.

Q4: What is the delivery term?

- Our factory sets warehouse in US and Italy. Door to door delivery service is available for whole US, Canada and Europe, with custom cleared, tax and anti dump cost paid. Of course, no quatity limit please.

Sea Shipment is also no problem. Our factory has rich experience on trading more than 8 years. CE certification is available as well.

Q5: What about OEM service?

- OEM service is available, it's ok to print your logo on ebike. Except the frame, specifications can be custom made as well.

Q6:What's your payment terms?

- For samples,100% T/T as deposit payment.

For bulk,<20pcs,50% T/T in advance,50% before delivery.
